        - Corporate Minute Book
              - Articles of Incorporation 
              - By-laws
              - Stock Certificates
        - Copy of SS-4 filed & IRS response letter
     Partnerships:
        - Partnership Agreement
        - Co-Partnership Certificate (issued by the County Clerk’s Office)
        - Copy of SS-4 filed & IRS response letter
     LLCs:
        Single Member
          - Articles of Organization
        Multi-Member
         - Articles of Organization
         - Operating Agreement
         - Copy of SS-4 filed & IRS response letter
     Sole Proprietorship (DBA/Schedule C)
         - Assumed Name Certificate (issued by the County Clerk’s Office)

2. Tax Return Copies
    - Most recent 2 years business tax returns (including fixed assets schedule)
    - Most recent 2 years personal tax returns
    - All current year payroll tax returns

3. Current information
    - Bank statements
    - Check stubs, check registers or check journals
    - Cash expense receipts, separated into categories
    - Payroll records
         -Employment Records (Forms: W4, MI-W4, I-9, Michigan New Hire)
         -Copies of current & prior year payroll tax returns filed (1020, 1017, 941, 940, 160, 165, W-2s, W-3)
    - Subcontractor Information (Form W-9)
    - Current QuickBooks Back-Up Disk

4. Miscellaneous Information
    - Financing Agreements & Loan Payoff Schedules
